Here we go AGAIN!!

I am so excited to be going back to Honduras again this year!! We are 50 hours out from our trip and God is doing some amazing things!!

This year we are 30 strong! This is the largest group we have ever taken from our church! And to add to it, we are taking our teens with us! The Valley is a church that punches holes in the darkness and in that we believe we have to invest in the next generation now! Raising disciples and sending them out into the world is the greatest calling we can have as parents. I am so excited to see God work in every single person on this trip!

Tonight we held our packing party!! 30+ pieces of luggage of bibles, school supplies, toys, work gear AND firetruck parts!! Yes, you read that correctly!! Our second firetruck was delivered to La Ceiba earlier this year and we have two very gifted men who will work on the firetruck during the trip. I can’t wait to go back to the fire station this year and see the wonderful Bombaros (firefighters in Spanish) we met there last year!

Tonight we are practiced our vacation Bible academy (VBA) puppet show with our new puppet stage! I’ll share video of our show later in the week!
